Sushi bar and open kitchen
About Salt
Salt is one of Tirana’s busiest smart restaurants: a big dining room under a skylight roof, a sushi bar and an open kitchen, with Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired dishes made for sharing over a long evening. The cocktail list is strong and the crowd well dressed, so it is a natural place to start a night out in Blloku. Service is quick even when the room is full. Book at weekends, and ask for a table near the open kitchen if you like to watch the chefs at work.
