Bujtina Jonë, “our inn”, turns an Albanian meal into something like dim sum: instead of ordering from the long menu, you choose small plates of local meze from a trolley that is wheeled to your table. Expect peppers, cheeses, byrek, meatballs, beans and seasonal vegetables, each priced by the plate, so it is easy to taste a little of everything.
