Ballkoni Dajtit, the Dajti balcony, is an Alpine-style wooden restaurant beside the upper station of the Dajti Ekspres cable car, with an enclosed balcony looking over the whole city to the sea on a clear day. The menu mixes Albanian dishes, such as fërgesë with peppers and oven-baked meats, with pizza and pasta, in several dining rooms. Come for the view, ideally at sunset; hours follow the cable car, which is closed on Tuesdays. Check times on the Dajti Ekspres website before you go.
