About Ceren Ismet Shehu

Ceren Ismet Shehu is a Tirana institution in the castle area, known above all for meat from its own farm. The staff aprons read “Katunar and proud”, turning a teasing word for villagers into a badge of honour, and the cooking follows the same idea: start with a tasting plate of local appetisers, cheeses and pickles, then move on to grilled lamb, veal or sausages. Portions are generous and the mood is relaxed. It sits a short walk from Murat Toptani Street and the Toptani Shopping Center.
