About Noor
Noor is a cosy bar with a small terrace beside the historic Toptani Seraj, the old residence of the Toptani family by the castle walls. It serves Spritz cocktails and good Italian food, from pasta and risotto to panini, and hosts occasional music-themed nights. It is an easy stop after a walk along Murat Toptani Street, or before dinner in the castle bazaar.
