The Rogner is Tirana’s classic business and diplomatic hotel, set back from the main boulevard in green gardens with an outdoor pool, between the centre and Blloku. Its long, low buildings and mature trees give it a calm, resort-like feel unusual for a city hotel, and the garden bar is a pleasant place for a drink.
