Padam, in the boutique hotel of the same name on a quiet street off Blloku, is one of Tirana’s favourite addresses for a special dinner. The kitchen mixes modern Mediterranean and Albanian cooking, with a tasting menu for those who want to let the chef decide, and in summer you eat on a leafy garden patio that feels far from the city.
