About Hotel Elysée
Hotel Elysée sits on Rruga Themistokli Gërmenji, a quiet street a few minutes north of the main boulevard and close to Blloku. The buffet breakfast is served daily in the hotel bar from 7 to 11 am and is included in the rate, and so is the minibar, which is a nice touch. Rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere relaxed. It is a good value base for exploring the centre on foot, with Skanderbeg Square about fifteen minutes away.
