About Fabrika
Ice cream sounds even better in Albanian, akullore, and Fabrika is one of the places to try it, which makes its own flavours, including organic and vegan ones. Expect seasonal fruit sorbets in summer, nut and chocolate classics all year, and a few surprising combinations, served with a smile in a small, simple shop. It is a lovely stop on a hot afternoon walk north of the centre, and a good answer to children who have had enough of museums. Ask for a taste before you choose.
