The Rinas Express bus runs between the airport and the city centre every full hour, around the clock, in both directions, taking about 30–40 minutes. In the centre it stops behind the Palace of Culture (the Opera), by Skanderbeg Square. The fare is 400 ALL (about €4.50), paid on board (airport figures, October 2026). A second line runs to the North and South Bus Terminal by day, and another to Durrës.
