About City buses

City buses run along the main roads and out to the suburbs, including towards the Dajti Ekspres cable car station and the Grand Park. Pay the conductor on board; keep small change, as fares are low and large notes are unwelcome. Routes and stops are not always clearly marked, so ask your hotel or the driver. The centre itself is compact and easy to explore on foot, and taxis are inexpensive for longer trips. Avoid the rush hours, when buses are packed.

Why it's on our list

  • Low fare
  • Pay the conductor
  • To the Dajti cable car

Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with City buses before you go.
