About Downtown One
Downtown One is the tower whose façade, studded with balconies, you see rising beside Skanderbeg Square. Topped out in 2020 at about 150 metres, it is among the tallest buildings in Albania, and it is planned to hold a hotel, serviced apartments and offices. It was the first building in Albania to achieve LEED Gold precertification for sustainable design. It is a symbol of the construction boom changing Tirana’s skyline. Ask the developer and an independent lawyer for current status before any purchase.
