About Tradita G&T
Tradita serves northern Albanian cooking in a traditional setting in Shkodër, with dining rooms decorated with crafts and objects from the region, and rooms upstairs for an overnight stay. The menu covers grilled lake fish, meat from the mountains, cheeses, pies and slow-cooked dishes, with local wine. It is a good introduction to the cooking of the north before heading up to Theth or Valbona. Book ahead in summer, when it fills with travellers.
