About Theth
Theth lies in a high valley of the Albanian Alps, ringed by peaks, at the heart of Theth National Park and a protected historic centre. Visit the little church, the lock-in tower (Kulla e Ngujimit), the Grunas waterfall and the canyon, and hike to the Blue Eye, staying in a family guesthouse where dinner is home-grown. The road from Shkodër is now asphalted and takes around two to three hours. Most guesthouses open from May to October.
