About Tirana East Gate (TEG)
Tirana East Gate, known to everyone as TEG, is one of the country’s largest shopping centres, on the Tirana–Elbasan motorway about 6 kilometres from the centre. It brings together international fashion and home brands, a hypermarket, restaurants and cafés, a Cineplexx cinema and a busy programme of events, such as the autumn Book Fest. It is useful on a rainy day or for practical shopping, and it is next to the bus terminal for the south. Large car parks surround it.
