About The Blue Eye of Theth
The Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër) near Theth is a pool of brilliant turquoise water fed by a small waterfall, at the end of a valley below the village of Ndërlysaj. It is reached on a walk of a few hours there and back from Theth along the river, an easy and beautiful hike. The water is very cold, even in August, but brave swimmers jump in. Take water and snacks, though there are small cafés along the way in summer.
