About Budget Albania
Budget Albania, the value sister brand of Avis, shares the city office on Rruga Themistokli Gërmenji, next to the RTSH national broadcaster, and offers rentals from Tirana airport and other locations, plus van hire and business rentals. Its website lists current offers and the car classes available. As with any hire, read the insurance terms, photograph the car before you leave, and check that cross-border travel is allowed if you are planning a Balkan road trip.
