Rubi is a small specialty coffee bar on Sheshi Wilson, the busy square at the top of Blloku, and one of the names coffee lovers mention first in Tirana. Expect carefully made espresso drinks, filter coffee and cold brew, with plant-based milks on offer, in a city where dark-roasted espresso still rules. It opens daily, with shorter hours on Sundays. It is a good morning stop on the way into Blloku, or a calm break from the traffic around the square.
