Borsh
The longest beach on the Riviera
About Borsh
Borsh has one of the longest beaches on the Riviera, around seven kilometres of pebbles and clear water backed by olive and citrus groves, and is usually quieter than the resorts further south. Above the village are the ruins of Borsh castle, worth a short climb for the view. Simple restaurants serve fresh fish and local produce. It is a good stop for a swim between Himarë and Sarandë, and a relaxed base for a few days on the coast.
Why it's on our list
- Long pebble beach
- Olive groves
- Quieter than Ksamil
Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Borsh before you go.
