Cioccolatitaliani is the Tirana branch of a Milan chocolate concept, modern, bright and always busy. The menu goes well beyond crêpes: waffles, chocolate drinks thick enough to stand a spoon in, gelato, cakes and many other creations built around chocolate. It is a treat rather than a daily habit, and a good reward after a morning of museums, especially on a cold winter afternoon. Children will love it. Expect a queue at the weekend, but service is quick and the turnover high.
